VOR is a 24h/7 service. The VOR Parts Agent is in charge of managing the most critical customer orders due to unavailability, those which cause an unexpected breakdown of the vehicle and so representing a real loss for the customer. The Agent has to actively find the fastest possible solution by involving any Department of Parts & Services (Purchasing, Material Management, Phase-In, Production Plant, Supplier).

Responsibilities:
-Process and track VOR dossiers
-Search and find missing parts in the quickest time possible
-Interact with production plants in order to source parts
-Interact with technical departments in order to find alternative solutions
-Interact with suppliers in order to speed up the delivery of the spare part
-Interact with depots in order to cut bureaucracy and speed the shipment
-Organize and find the most efficient means of transportation in terms of cost and time
-Interact with dealers and Dealer Parts Support in order to manage network sourcing and buy back transactions and handle
customer complaints

Required:
-Language skills: Proficiency (reading, written and spoken) in German, French and English
-IT skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with focus on Excel
