? Quotation and part procurement for prototype engines, spare parts & rework activities
? Monitoring of prototype components readiness process
? Planning of engine building with Workshop Dept.
? Ensure prototype shipping in collaboration with Logistics Dept.
Job specification:
Impact (Provide one to three typical examples of decisions made or actions taken that have had or will have direct impact on the organization (i.e. revenue, plant productivity, unit business development goals)):
Wrong planning of engines assembly and part procurement may affect negatively customer satisfaction in terms of delivery on time and consequently further orders for production engines.
Communication (List the types of individuals this position regularly communicates with, both internally and externally (i.e. customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, union representatives), and describe the nature of the communication (i.e. information exchange, influence and negotiate)):
- Managers for definition of proto engines contents (Chief Engineers, Testing Engineers, Application Eng., Design Team, Sales managers) – negotiation of timing and quotation for protos delivery to internal /external customer, influence
- Purchasing managers for direct materials management – information exchange
- Suppliers for direct materials to be assembled on protos - information exchange, negotiation-
Requirements (including education, competences & years of experience):
Engineering Degree (mechanical, management, … bachelor degree)
and/or
1-2 years experience in part procurement in automotive/industrial or commercial engine field, SAP knowledge
