For an important Client Company, global leader in mobility safety, Adecco is looking for an PROJECT MANAGER for the headquarters located near Beinasco.
The Project Leader bears comprehensive responsibility for the projects assigned in regard to the target achievement in terms of product and development costs, technical realization of the products as well as compliance with the milestones set by the customers and internal requirements. Within the scope of this activity, the Project Manager is the primary contact for the customer and from there back to the company. During the term of the project, the Project Manager has the authority to pass instructions to the Project Team members in technical matters with a view to achieving the project targets.
Essential Duties
• Target-oriented execution of the projects with regard to progress of work and reaching of milestones as per PMS as well as achievement of the targets for product and project costs. Support of order acquisition activities.
• Establishment and definition of the project targets jointly with the disciplines involved in the project.
• Primary contact to the customer for all project-relevant issues, particularly for the staff of customer responsible for the project as well as customer's contacts at the development department. Preparation and implementation of presentations at the customer's and performance of audits.
• Sustainable documentation, especially of important agreements with the customer, is mandatory and must be safeguarded by the Project Manager. This includes the transmission of all significant customer information within the company, particularly to the responsible customer account.
• Coordination of the Project Team members to achieve the defined project targets. Delegation of work packages by setting SMART targets and expediting the completion of such packages in terms of time and content.
Education and Experience requirements
-Technical university degree
-Fluent in English
-Minimum 2 years professional experience in Automotive Industry, not necessarily in PM positions but also in Application Engineering roles
