For a company leader in highly engineered solutions that improve the performance and efficiency of powered vehicles, we are looking for a: process engineer.Reporting to the Plant Quality Manager, Process Quality Engineer/ EoL data analyst will guarantee a prompt and detailed assembly lines internal scraps analysis with special focus on EoL NVH and functionality performances to define improvement and corrective plans.
Responsabilità
Responsabilities will be:
Lead of problem solving teams in case of customer and Internal issues, with special focus to NVH and mechatronics functionality (e.g. Gear engagement, oil pressure fault, Clutch adaption,..);
Collect and analyze EoL data on a daily base in order to detect any incipient process drift or deviations related to functionality and NVH performance;
Analyze the EoL data in order to evaluate the EoL measurement capability;
Contribute with the technical department to define EoL improvement plans and EoL running time reduction;
Contribute with the technical department to define EoL specification in case of new product/variant
Contribute with quality control department to issue supplier claims related to hydraulic and mechatronics components;
Contribute with quality control department to validate suppliers 8D related to hydraulic and mechatronics components;
Contribute with quality control department to close the PPAP approval process related to hydraulic and mechatronics components;
Participate in D/P FMEA team in order to assure the right risk analysis related to gearbox functionality.
Functie-eisen
Requirements:
University bachelor degree on Mechanical or aerospace or Electrical Engineering
2-3 years experience in Process Quality or Quality control in an Automotive industry (OEM or tier-n)
Project management skills like:
Problem - solving ability
Knowledge of statistical analysis methodology
Knowledge of English language
MS Office package good knowledge (outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
Good communication skills
Ability to work with different Teams
Hard working, able to work in stressful condition
