Randstad HR Solutions is searching, for an Italian multinational company with Headquarter in Turin,
GRADUATES to be on boarded as Junior Hr Generalist.
The candidate will join the HR team and will be involved in different activities within the HR Department
based in Turin, supporting many projects at local level.
Responsabilità
Main activities will be:
- Management of administration activites
- Drafting reports to support management decisions
- Management of the worker's training
- Recruiting and selecting activities on junior and middle management profiles
- Implementation of transversal projects within the HR function
- Reporting and data analysis to share with Headquarter
Functie-eisen
Technical Skills
- Master Degree in Economics/Statistics/Law/Political Sciences or similar background
- Six months of experience in HR organization
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
- Passion for Human Resources
