Randstad Italia Spa, filiale di Rivoli, ricerca per importante azienda cliente un back office logistics and order handler.
Responsabilità
Main responsibilities of the back office member:
- Maintain contact with the customers in order to register orders and provide information to the customer ;
- Support the sales organisation;
- Organisation of the order processing in SAP and monitoring of the progress;
- Close co-operation with the suppliers/supply chain for follow-up of deliveries;
- Inform the customer about the status of the order and anticipate in case of possible problems;
- Guarantee a quality and customer driven service;
- Respect and guarantee the agreed delivery terms;
- Take care of a correct and complete invoicing, including providing all required documents for export;
- Manage the contact with the transport companies for shipments;
- Perform other duties as assigned
Functie-eisen
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- At least 2 years' experience in the same position;
- Fluent use of information technology tools such as SAP, Outlook, Office application;
- Fluent english; knowledge of other languages is an asset
