Our customer, located in North Turin, has commissioned us to search for a


 


HR ADMINISTRATION GENERALIST


 


 


The company is looking for a talented HR Specialist willing to support the company’s grow and able to work in a flexible, high demanding and fast-growing work environment.


 


The candidate will be part of a small team in charge of HR Administration.


 


THE ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:



  • Ensure the application of the Company’s policies and Collective National Contract;

  • Provide advises to Colleagues on contracts, fiscal and social security/social insurance regulation;

  • Administrate the HR processes according to the deadlines;  

  • Manage the presence reports and tool, assuring the correct flow with the service provider;

  • Supervise the monthly administration and payroll processes, coordinating the activities with the service-provider;

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the data;

  • Maintain Colleagues’ records ensuring that employee data is accurate and HR Information Systems are updated;

  • Cooperate in the implementation of processes standardization, including the salary policy and continuous improvement activities in the HR area.


 


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS



  • Master’s degree in Economics, Human Resources or relevant fields;  

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, gained within complex and high demanding organizations;  

  • Knowledge of employment contracts and other documents related to the Employees in compliance with local Laws, Policies and Procedures;

  • Good knowledge of HR procedures

  • Knowledge of SAP HR module as a plus.

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PPT

  • Fluency in Italian and Good in English;

  • Strong relationship-building skills;

  • Accuracy and results oriented;

  • Flexibility;

  • Proactivity.

Place of work: Turin 


Full-time working time from Monday to Friday


Type of contract: PERMANENT CONTRACT


Salary to be agreed on the basis of the candidate’s experience.
