For its Automotive Business Unit, TXT is looking for a Software Test Engineer. The resource will be included in he Integration and Validation team of a R&D department of an Automotive IVI Systems supplier.
Main responsibilities:
Starting from the functional requirements of the navigation module:
He prepares a validation plan for the function integrated in the system;
He makes the tests, mainly at bench but also on vehicle;
He prepares the reports and follows up, inside the team, the eventual non-compliance.
Technical qualification required:
Use of tools for management of requirements and variants (like DOORS);
Use of tools for the Version Control (like GIT);
Knowledge of basics of configuration management tools;
Functional testing of automotive embedded devices.
Other competencies include a good command of English, the qualities of a team player and problem-solving skills.
Degree: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electronics or in Computer Engineering or similar.
Job contract will be tailored to work experience and possibility of work at a leading company in the field.
