Randstad Finance Talent Selection is the division of Randstad Italia focused on Research & Selection of profiles specialized in the economic and financial field.
Our customer, located in Santena, has commissioned us to search for a
Accountant Team Leader (Fluent in English)
In charge of managing an accountant’s reduced team in an A/P department, the A/P Accountant Leader provides timely, reliable and valuable financial information of each entity within his/her perimeter. She/He ensures compliance of financial information with local Gaaps and IFRS.
Responsibilities
· Check & record daily accounting transactions in assigned area according to the local law and MAF standards
· Execute subsequent operations in account system (unblocking for payment, payments processing, items clearing, ...)
· Prepare Balance Sheet justification (payables sub ledger, analytical trend review)
· Prepare supporting documentation for audits and Tax inspections
· Communicate with partners (external and internal)
· Declare, explain and solve accounting differences with the support of site accounting support (price, volume, payment...), especially for inter-companies transactions
· Pilot supplier litigation reviews with Site Financial Controllers
· Check Primary documents requirements (master datas, reception…)
· Record archive
· Improve constantly the performance of his/her accounting team through the implementation of lean processes and efficient IS tools with the support of SSC Finance Process Manager (EDI, supplier invoice automation, updated procedures...)
· Contribute to A/P project
· Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program
Education: Economics Degree
· Experience: 5+ years experience in similar role in complex environment
· Competences required: SAP FI, organizational/coordination skills; problem analysis and problem solving.
· Language: Italian mother tongue, fluent English mandatory, second foreign language nice to have
Place of work: Turin
Full-time working time from Monday to Friday
Type of contract: PERMANENT CONTRACT
Salary to be agreed on the basis of the candidate’s experience. (40k)
