For our client VENCHI, renowned company producing high quality chocolate, we are looking for a

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER EMEA
The mission of the role is to lead the sales strategy for an assigned perimeter in the EMEA Region to drive wholesale expansion, leveraging on an increasing international retail presence and brand visibility.
The scope of the roles is to generate new business and ensure existing clients are fully serviced and new offers and proposals put forward.

The ideal candidates:
• 5 years of experience in commercial – business development roles.
• Availability to travel extensively abroad. (+35% of the time).
• Proven experience in working with premium brands, better if in the Food industry and with a strong Retail and/or Travel Retail presence.
• Master's degree. Specialization in International Business/Economics is a plus.
• Fluent in English – Italian.
• Working Knowledge of a third language, among French, Spanish and German.
• Ability to interact with different cultures and languages.
• Team player.
• Great analytical and presentation skills.
• Amazing problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial, can-do mindset.
• Available to mobility
• Positive and flexible…and obviously a chocolate and gelato lover!



Responsabilità:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Scout proactively new opportunities within the assigned area, in line with our brand positioning.
• Implement business proposals and pricing strategy for the assigned clients.
• Ensure brand standards and profitability targets are achieved for the assigned area.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, suggest and implement improvements.
• Provide timely and effective solutions in line with local needs.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with the key stakeholder in the market.
• Analyse sales results, monitor performances on a monthly basis.
• Plan training program to key account customers.
• Follow up of Store checks and competitors screening in assigned geographic area.
• Collaborate with Marketing to define brand strategies.
• Collect, organize and provide new key information on merchandising, new trade marketing tools and sales trends in the market.
• Support the assessment of new potential partners for the assigned area.
• Monitor and ensure merchandising standards are respected, in order to implement a Retail culture within the assigned partners network.
