Our Client is an established Company with a consolidated brand in the Food sector with a growing perception in Italy and abroad for the quality of products, ingredients and production chain based on high controls and certifications’ bases.

In order to enforce their Sales and Marketing department, they’re looking for an:

Export Sales Manager – HO.RE.CA and Distribution

The Candidate will report to the Sales Director and his/her main tasks will be:
Helping the Sales Department in enforcing the Export activities for the Company, starting from an initial and not strongly consolidated background on foreign markets, with a significant focus on EMEA and APAC areas;
Achieving respective budgets, both contributing directly to the Sales activity on field and creating the Company’s strategic development approach and guidelines;
Being responsible in scouting and targeting the best prospects both by geographical areas and channel: the first steps will be done on new Clients in the Distribution and HO.RE.CA. not specialized channels;
Enforcing the existing relations with the ongoing Clients and Dealers, developing the valour and amounts on those actuals;
Creating a solid CRM and analytic approach to the export Sales activities, as it actually is on the local national Italian market and following the guidelines shared by the General Management and Commercial Director’s standards.

Requirements:

Master Degree in Economics or Marketing;
Proved experience included between 5 and maximum 9 years in the Sales Export Management department of Companies working exclusively in the Food sector;
Having a relevant existing network and acquired references and contacts in the Distribution and HO.RE.CA. foreign markets will be evaluated as a relevant “plus”;
Having experience in the high-quality and certified Food sector will be evaluated as a relevant “plus”;
Determination in achieving results with ethics, ability in real problem solving, self-organization and analytical skills are essential in covering this professional tasks with a successful outcome.
